The Core

Origin

The concept of Imagination Advanced comes from the idea of advancement, as in the betterment of society.

We constantly look for the novel, for the ultimate solution and we are not afraid in pursuing hard-to-get concepts and ideas. We not only strive to ‘think out-of-the-box’, but to go further and even ‘deconstruct’ that box altogether and see what can be achieved from a different perspective, to leverage the existing limits to our favour. All with an emphasis on novelty and the unorthodox, so we can let our imagination define our future.

Purpose

We set ourselves to create novel and perhaps unique solutions for specific business challenges. We strive to improve systems, decrease costs or enable new methods for work.

We are not bound to any particular discipline nor industry as synergies can be found in many ways and places, and we believe that within every situation lies an opportunity for imaginative solutions.
We aim to connect seemingly unrelated concepts to novel applications, or apply known techniques in a new way.

Application

We plan to do this by leveraging different technologies, as well as techniques for design and manufacturing. There is no “too old” or “not mature enough”, it is about the result and most importantly, constant progress in the right direction.

The Method

Our ways are cemented in the values we carry. As stated, there is no single way to achieve a result, and the path might be revealed as it is travelled.

Agility

We adapt to changing landscapes and new technologies. We launch ourselves towards opportunities with fierce conviction to attain our goals, without losing track of our “North star”.

Responsibility

Every action has a reaction.

We acknowledge that our actions can have an extensive impact in our ecosystems and environment, so we minimise our footprint and we strive to be a force of good.

Pragmatism

We combine design thinking at the micro, with systems thinking at the macro.

While high flying imagination is enticing, we acknowledge that every idea has to have a sensible and realistic application and benefit for the larger system.

Curiosity

We constantly explore, tinker and imagine new ways of doing things.
